The following options need to be demonstrated:

[x] curvy branches
[x] unrooted tree
[x] radial tree
[x] likelihood pies
[x] collapsed clades

To be developed (further), and then demonstrated:

[x] clade labels
[ ] diagonal cladogram
[x] reversed scale bar, scale panels

As of 25046a7f507f67dd1515bd028ad08fd122a58c9f, the scale bar can be reversed, its font face/style/size/weight can be influenced, and its major cross hatch labels can be processed by a subroutine reference. assuming that there are going to be added implementations of _draw_rectangle to the classes for Png.pm, Canvas.pm and Swf.pm scale panels are now implemented.
