Is there any license associated with Wizard in a Box? I do not see one right now.

The license is Apache License Version 2.0 ( ALv2 ). It is (hidden) in the pom file (https://github.com/rvs-fluid-it/wizard-in-a-box/blob/master/pom.xml)
