GetBasicSeries #18

If you use GetBasicSeries 

and then later call

GetSeries()

none of the info for the series is loaded as it thinks it is already
cached... but in reality only Basic Series is cached.

if you've previous called GetSeries() before using calling GetBasicSeries,
there is no problem as it obviously loads all the info

Sorry I cannot reproduce this, it works fine here... Are you sure you request 
them in
the same language? Can you give me the exact calls you're making?
