UpdateAllSeries does not get episodes

The TvdbHandler.UpdateAllSeries method refreshes existing and previously 
cached episodes but does not download new episodes.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v0.7, Windows 7 x32 Professional

Tested on series "Skins" (Tvdb-ID: 79773) => Tvdblib does not get season 4 at 
all. First three seasons are cached locally.

This might be related to the issue I found with the updates file of thetvdb: 
http://forums.thetvdb.com/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=3994

Another possible reason would be that the episodes have been added more than a 
month ago, so they wont't appear in the updates.xml files. In the upcoming 
version of tvdblib, any series that hasn't been updated for over a month will 
be reloaded so this shouldn't happen.

I'm waiting for a response from the tvdb team before releasing the new version 
though.

I fixed what I could in the now released version 0.8, but as long as the tvdb 
guys don't fix the problems on their end this will still be an issue.
