Quiz setup #111

Things needed to setup a quiz:

  1. Option to leave the submission deadline open; this is valuable for quizzes which are for practice only.
  2. Configuration options for release of feedback and solution.
  3. Question preview needs an option to see the question answered correctly.
  4. "Policy override" should be renamed to something more descriptive; e.g. "Quiz configuration"
  5. "Deduction after deadline" is currently not editable, and is set to 20% by default.

Things to add to Quizzes in the future:

  1. Description of Quiz
  2. Time limits
  3. Number of questions per page (and option to restrict going back)
  4. Decimal places for grades
  5. Password protected
  6. Overall feedback
  7. Tags for quizzes

  5. Moved next to Late Time to make more clear when it applies
