Author Interface: Question #113

Suggestions for improving the authoring interface for questions:

  1. Rename: "Question script" to something more descriptive - Possible candidates: CAS-Code, others?
  2. Move the input box entitled "Question script" above "Text".
  3. Move "New Response" right below "Text".
  4. Move "Evaluation Tree" right below "New Response".
