Login with Google #122

This is for quizzes which are linked to from within eMath.

  1. The authentication UI needs to present "Login with Google" more prominently and along with the instruction: Use your UA CCID and password to access this quiz.
  2. For me the quiz does not load. - Instead, it seems the system detects that I have a role other than student, and it presents me with the full author / manage UI.
