Cancel button for Quiz edit interface #125

Here we collect issues related to the quiz edit interface.

  1. A cancel button is needed. It should terminate the open edit session and open the page with currently available quizzes. - Of course, now one can just navigate away from the quiz edit UI. But that feels wrong.
