Unclear error messages when submitting a quiz #139

Describe the bug In Decima Robinson Course, try to create a new quiz (using questions on "infinites"). At the end of the process, hitting "Done" yields the error message:

"Could not submit"

Browser: Firefox

I cannot reproduce this issue unless you didn't add a title or a start date. I will try to make the error messages more informative for this. If the issue persists let me know and we can schedule a meeting so I can see what you are doing to produce this issue.
