Table layout issue/bug #15

There seems to be an issue with the table layout currently.

When the data table is drawn, but is not visible, the code doesn't know how big to make it. If you can provide steps to reproduce we can add code to redraw the table at the point it becomes visible.

It's possible it might because of my browser (firefox). In any case I can probably figure out why it is happening so I can make this issue more informative.

I've seen it on Chrome as well.
