This env var is present on the resin.io build platforms and will allow users of that platform to use galileo-io on that platform with out modifying their programs.

Removed the package.json change

I'd love to have a USE_LIB_MRAA=true env var or a TARGET_PLATFORM=edison but this is the best we got in the meantime and lets users use resin for deploys, as soon as I can get them to add something cleaner I'll make sure it ends up back here.
