Operation "Honey I Shrunk the HomeLab" #738

With the death of compute1 announced. There is no longer any K8s Infra running, this opens an opportunity to remove the bloat of the current homelab.

Goals

Reduce the physical footprint of the Homelab from its 42U full depth case.
Reduce the networking complexity
Review Flux design and love it with 🔥
Reduce the footprint/Refresh the OS/replace the storage2.waltr.lab NAS
Either compress the whole Homelab into 1 large NAS Compute Server, or add minibee style computers for compute.
Reduce toil of per box management.

Currently, we are in the Prep State

Prep

[x] Compress current data into a backup hard drive for refresh protection.
[ ] Decide on NAS Refresh, Nas Rebuild, or NAS Replace.
