Use unsigned long long ints #1

Unsigned long long ints in interpolative coding and bit I/O is needed if the range of values becomes large. Not yet seen with QScores-Archiver, but could potentially happen.

Partially completed, but have to massage it into QScores-Archiver, test it, and add it to repository...
