Merge Current Orion Extensions & Packages to this Repository

[x] Orionjs Maps
[x] Orion Cordova
[x] Orion Foundation
[x] Orion Bootstrap Modals
[x] Orion Emails

After Merging The following tasks need to be complete

[ ] Create API for each package

[ ] Write Tests for each package

[ ] Create new gitter.im community and add badge to readme.md file.

[ ] Create waffle.io account and link with project.

[ ] Create waffle.io badges and add to readme.md file.

[ ] Update package descriptions , version, and git link to point to the corresponding folder.

Merged Existing projects to new repo. Removed old repositories.
