DocuBricks documentation is in the old XML format #21

my DocuBricks XML is currently in the old-style format, needs to be upgraded.

I believe the problem was actually just that I'd hand-edited the XML into an inconsistent state. I believe it is now fixed, although the BoM could use some serious love... The BoM probably won't be correct until the documentation is auto-generated for the different configurations of the microscope, but that's a separate issue.
