Small sample size #101

How well does Stitch work with small sample sizes? I am getting low accuracy imputing 30 samples from a small reference panel (137 samples).

30 samples is probably too few for STITCH to work

If you have a reference panel I would recommend checking out QUILT https://github.com/rwdavies/QUILT
