Effect queue

This stemmed from my wanting to create #66.

So instead of selecting numbers from a list as it is now, you kind of add formulas and effects to a queue at the top. If that effect had custom parameters you could select them.

Benefits of doing this:

• Selecting the same effect twice
• Reorder
• Delete from middle
