If file doesn't exist anymore, the system still uploads it #32

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Select a file to upload
2. Delete it, rename it or move it.
3. Hit upload button

It marks the file as uploaded, records it on the database for the client to
see, but doesn't actually upload a file.
