Add a search and filter form on clients files lists #47

Should allow the client to search either:
- by name or description (perhaps this should be defined by a <select>)
- filter by: specific date, date range, file types, size range

search functionality is a must when file lists sizes become large and 
unmanageable by scrolling through them.

Little worried this was added back in 2010 mind!
