If the uploaded logo is png or gif, respect it

While the system allows for uploading of this type of files, it converts them 
to jpeg, losing transparency.

Options:
- when uploading a new file, wipe the folder and keep only the new one, so when 
needed the system displays logo.(found file type) - PRONE TO ERRORS
- store the new filename on the database and call it from there - SEEMS LIKE 
THE BEST CHOICE
