Error when trying to create a user #74

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Installed the database and script fine
2. When creating a new user I get an error message stating 'a folder for this 
client/user could not be created. Probably because of a server configuration'

Are there any particular file permissions, CHMOD I should be using, or 
permissions set in the database?

Installed on a Linux server running Plesk and MySql

You need to set the CHMOD of uploads folder to 777

i've tried to CHMOD the uploads folder to 777 but i get the same error whem i'm 
trying to create a new client.

Command below on my Ubuntu 11.04 :
....../cFTP$ sudo chmod 777 upload

fixed the problem.
