Description When you open the "apply" drop down menu items in the schmuck's inventory overlay over it. 

To Reproduce/How it currently works Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open the schmuck's inventory
  2. Click on the apply drop down
  3. Items are over the drop down.
