Docs link missing #36

Currently there are no DOCS available for pivot.js (the link is broken?) Is there a way we can get that back up? Would be very useful for people who wish to help maintain this library or even use it.

A good alternative as of now is the source file itself but it would be nice if we could get some official documentation for it.

Furthermore, the Jquery plugin has no documentation either which would also be very helpful.

Seems the author changed his Github account name. Replace rjackson with rwjblue and it works.
