This is a port of BuffelSaft's Pokemon Inclement Emerald to RHH's pokeemerald-expansion, with the goal of creating a more full-featured rom base for the creation of future projects.
Dummy CMakeLists.txt - run cmake . and then git rollback on the Makefile to revert it back to normal in terminal if working in CLion to fool Intellisense into knowing where your include paths are, and allow it to jump from calls & usages to declarations, etc. From there you can make the project as your would normally. In other workspaces this functionally does nothing, you don't need to run CMake.
