This is a port of BuffelSaft's Pokemon Inclement Emerald to RHH's pokeemerald-expansion, with the goal of creating a more full-featured rom base for the creation of future projects.
Decapitalization of all of the random words that Gamefreak loved to capitalize for some INFURIATING reason - AND THEY'RE JUST HARDCODED INTO ALL OF THE INDIVIDUAL SCRIPT FILES INSTEAD OF BEING REFERENCED AS VARIABLES. Emerald is the worst offender with all that stuff, so this was an insane amount of work. I probably missed some stuff. We'll just dial it in as we catch things my Regex rules missed. Let me know if you find any.
