Fixed the ruin platforms. As they were imported, every platform group needed to be ungrouped and regrouped again
added the fence_atlas1.png in the map18 folder. In the next vanilla update I will add it officially in the textures folder, as it's just the vanilla one+3 new atlas slots. Instead of being WW2, it will be vanilla, as WW2 is based on the vanilla package anyway (just not the other way around, obviously)

@JackMayol i've tried to merge manually - hopefully got all our changes combined successfully now

just need you to check to make sure before accepting this PR 😅

auch, i don't see the fence_atlas1.png you make reference to in files changed or commit data need to make sure to use your git tool to add it to the branch of the repo you are working on after placing the file in explorer/whatever :)
