There is a weird "hole" in the map by cargo ship - by where the wall ends on the north side of the dock - fix!

damn it! for some reason github isn't auto-triaging the linked muttrah map project cards to "done" when these issues are closed :/

perhaps because i manually closed this one with a comment after i ref the wrong issue ID in commit? rip
