Fix for issue #132: Minecraft 1.10.2 asks for 1.11 #134

Mod now really works with Minecraft versions older than 1.11. Added acceptedMinecraftVersions

I tried using this fix, but it did not work. I ended up needing to add dependencies as well to get it to work.
