Texture Pack Crash #26

When i try to use Sphax Thermal Foundation 64x patch it crashes my game with the following error..

Did the underlying stone block texture have the same resolution?

I've suppressed the crash in 1.4.2, will work on improving the algorithm to better match textures from different resource packs.
