[Suggestion] Config options for the filters and ressonating crystal, plus other misc stuff

I'm configuring XU2 for a magic pack. I cannot configure the removal of filter items, blue dye and other machine related items (can do this manually through Crafttweaker; is not a big deal, but since you can configure everything else, I thought to mention)

I cannot remove the drop of the ressonating crystal from Redstone Ores, or Demon ingot access.
