Shift Clicking in Enchanter bugged #203

Shift clicking items into enchanter does not work properly and taking items with right click is bugged, too.

Version 1.9.6 To reproduce: Put 32 Lapis and something to enchant into it. Try to shift click a stack full of lapis into it, the stack simply vanishes. Then right click the 32 lapis, you get 16 in your hand and the rest of the stack disappears.

to clarify: enchanter deletes any items added to a stack. yeah. oh and if your game is too overloaded, shiftclicking items in or out will lock up the game.

Can confirm, it's not just when shift clicking. If you try to combine a partial stack of anything to what's already in the enchanter it get's deleted. And dang been doing this since October? Really hope this get's fixed.
I'm on Version 1.9.9
