Generators consuming extra inputs #206

Much like how the resonator was consuming extra inputs and not providing all the outputs until the fix in 1.9.6, Generators such as the frosty and death generator consume any extra inputs provided to the machine even if the input slot is not full when utilizing ender io and transfer node pipes. Ex. generator has 16 items, any piped items are voided when transferred into the machine until the input slot of the generator is empty. It will then accept 1 batch of items and then repeat.

I'm having the same issue. Shift clicking the GUI and importing with AE2 is voiding fuel entirely. Only 1 batch allowed at a time.

I've had the same experience with Refined Storage exporters and Thermal ducts.
