Netherstar Generator using up exess netherstars #211

Sorry, i did not want to press return to submit.

The following happens: I was using ender io conduits to pipe nether stars into the generator. Since last patch my energy production went down, so i had to lookup the issue. After changing ender.io with an applied energistics exporter ive seen, that the generator is not stacking up items.

The same issue appers, if i put 64 stars by hand into the generator.

Could you please have a look on this issue?

Duplicate of #208 and #206, Most ExU2 Machines are doing this since 1.9.6. Not an issue in 1.9.5 if you can downgrade till it gets patched
