Suggestion: Make grid power related features configurable #248

I've been playing a lot of stoneblock recently and the grid power taxes are quite annoying. It's getting to the point where the point where I'll ended up maxing out all the mills and still need more grid power. I'm not a fan of the whole grid power thing, not many are. Making it configurable will solve this issue and a lot of head aches.

This is something I would like to see. The efficiency system makes sharing extra utilities machines a royal pain when you play with more than one player on servers. With my current play through, we have five players and the power sharing with even 2 to 3 water mills each is horrible. It makes collaboration near impossible in this state.

I have enough Dragon Mills that I'm losing around 90 percent efficiency if I remember correctly, But I still don't have enough Grid Power. If you want to use Ultimate Speed Upgrades at all you have to only add like 20 to each machine which almost removes the point of having them if you can't use the whole stack.
