[1.12.2] Survivalist Generator : combustible lost #356

Hello, Sorry in advance for my bad English.

When there is already a combustible inside the Survivalist Generator, trying to put other combustible inside get these additions lost.

For example: you put five charcoal inside the Survivalist Generator. One is directly consumed in order to begin the power production, so only four charcoals are waiting inside. That's normal for now. The problem is: if you try to put another five charcoals inside the Survivalist Generator, you will notice that the Survivalist Generator doesn't contain nine charcoals but only four charcoals. Your five new charcoals that you tryed to put inside are lost.

This problem seems only to concern the Survivalist Generator. I tryed with the Furnace Generator but I didn't notice any bug with it.

Hi there. I noticed the same issue and also a similar issue with the culinary generator. The added items disappear, but only when placed on top of a partial stack inside the generator with your mouse cursor. If you shift-click new items in, the items get added normally. Someone else also reported this issue for the modpack antimatter chemistry here on github that contains this mod. That's what I play as well.

Here's the other report https://github.com/al132mc/antimatter-chemistry/issues/165

I'm currently playtesting a private modpack I'm making and have noticed this issue with several machines already - not just the Survivalist Generator, but the Crusher and Furnace as well: all items that get added to the partial item stack inside the machines are deleted. At first I believed it to be a desync glitch (the kind where your inventory displays the wrong amount of items but if you open and close the inventory it will be correct again), perhaps caused by MouseTweaks, but it's clear that items are actually deleted.

I have tested this in a new instance, with only Extra Utilities 2 and JEI installed. The issue remains, so it's unlikely to be a mod interaction (unless it's with JEI). It seems to affect most, if not all machines.

Forge 1.12.2-14.23.5.2847 Extra Utilities 2 1.9.9 JEI 4.15.0.291

Edit: Only adding items via GUI seems to be affected. Hoppers still add items to partial stacks as expected.

I have this same issue. Seems like this is a bug. Don't know if it will ever be fixed, though...

I can confirm that this is also a problem for the furnace generator
