[1.12.2] Quarry server crash #376

Hello!

We are experiencing this server breaking crash with the quarry. Each time the server starts, we get an instant crash. Bibblocraft was also mentioned so I also sent the report to that github as well.

Turns out this crash occurs when a fancy sign is placed on a quantum quarry. Occurs in single player.
