I'm in the process of building a small modpack revolving around Extra Utilities 2 in 1.12.2, wherein I provide access to the Creative Energy Source and Creative Mill for players in survival through custom crafting recipes. To facilitate this, I've set the config to allow players in Survival mode to break and harvest Creative blocks, and it works for the Energy Source, but for some reason it doesn't work with the mill. I've absolutely no idea where to go from here, whether it's a CraftTweaker thing I need to add in or something on the part of Extra Utilities 2 itself.
