[Suggestion 1.12.2] OpenComputers support for screens? #57

I think the screens are an awesome addition, and I think they could benefit from OpenComputers support (perhaps so that the image can be changed by a computer? Or at the very least be able to change the link).

I realise this is a very minor thing, but I thought I'd suggest it anyway.
