Quantum quarries are unable to mine dimension-specific ores #74

E.g. The End or Hell biomes, which should have ores, don't actually seem to have any as their generation is dimension-based, not biome-based.

I'm experiencing this issue as well. Unable to get hell biome ores such as quartz and glowstone.

I can also reproduce this on 1.12.2 (FTB Revelation 2.1.0) which seems to be version 1.7.6
