[Suggestion] Fortune, looting and silk touch #60

I would like to suggest the posibility to get more drops from ore's and mobsm and maybe when sneaking you silk touch the block

Something a friend and I were discussing is the edition of an item perhaps a "hand wrap" to act as an empty fist to prevent a weapon from getting into your hand. This item could then maybe be enchanted?
