[1.10.2] Unable to block Enderman(cursed earth) Teleport #1095

When an Enderman spawn on cursed earth, I can't block his teleport. Tried to block with EnderIO obelisk and RFTools environmental Controller.

Same issue, so I tried the Ender Tether from Dark Utilities. Seems to be working for me.
