[1.10.2] Infinite dupplication with builders wand + levelup mod mining skill

Hello,

I've just spotted this while farming ores to get double with the levelup mod mining skill wich give you a chance to get double ore, before getting this to the sag mill.

The mining skil gives you ores that you cant place on the ground with nbt 'no_placing' something like that but when placing regular ore with builder wand and with the no_placing ores in inventory i could spam the right click with builder wand and place non stop ores.

there are a lot of mods that allow transfer and somewhat automated placing of such items! also i am not 100% sure what inventory tweaks does with those special marked stacks when you run out of a regular stack in your actionslots, the mod author for the mining skill mod should test his implementation a bit more firmly :)

just to name a few: thaumcraft (wand focus exchange), Thermal Expansion (forgot the name of the item but there is some device with the same function like the wand focus) and the autonomous activator ... and so on :)

There's always a risk that one mod will work around the limitations of another. Many are designed for that. All we can do is inform the designers and let them decide what, if any, changes can or should be made to the mods. Very often mode makers provide config files, blacklists and the like for modpack authors.
