[Request] Transitional Chinese translation #1235

Hello, me and my friends are very interested in your mods . But unfortunately, many players in TW ,HK, Malaysia, can't enjoy your mod due to language barrier.

We would like to provide a traditional Chinese translation for your mods. We would like to start from extra utilities 2 in 1.10.

We've already translate a bit and did an introduction on a Tai Wan gaming forum : https://m.gamer.com.tw/forum/C.php?bsn=18673&page=&snA=149478&last=

I hope you can let us to translate and maybe provide us some of the knowledge we don't fully understand.

PS: your web link's escape character seem to have some error, all & should be &.

Hi, when I'm playing Minecraft with your mod, it hasn't a Transitional Chinese language file. Just what Nexus625 said, some Chinese players do not understand or are not familiar with English.

So I translated it for your mod and hope you can add it in the next update(version: extrautils2-1.12-1.7.2), I can translate the new items or blocks together if you add some new things.

Here're the files: (the normal) zh_TW.txt (books(?)) zh_tw.txt
