[1.10.2] Insane Grid Power #1281

I am having a very strange issue with my Grid Power. It is SEVERLY overloaded, It says it is using 9,3 million when it should only actually be using around 100-150~ (Before removing stuff)

Sometimes the Grid power reverts back to the normal usage, but then it amps up to the 9 mil~ Its on SMP and im not Power Sharing with anybody. Everything has been working just fine for quite some time and this started happening the other day.

My server has crashed twice for unrelated reasons and each time Gridpower has been messed up afterwards with 19k used and nothing generated. The power manager item reports the correct values though

@tomjn If you are having a persistent problem with the Grid Power being incorrect and got access to the server files you can delete your character from the playerdata folder, that sorted everything out for me on our server. Just make sure you place anything from your character you wanna save in a chest before doing it.

I'm having similar issue, but the other way around. At some point my available power increased to 37184 and stays at that number, even after removing all power providers.

I had built structures with RFTools teleporters in different places, and powered them with remote RF transmitters from extrautils

As soon as I entered the deep dark my GP returned to normal, so the cause of the problem is using Gridpower in blocks across dimensions. I've removed the power things in the End and deep dark and the problem has gone away

My GP setup with mills and stuff using GP was only in the Overworld. So for me atleast no dimensions could have caused the issue. Was using maybe 3-6 Dragon Mills if thats of any importance when the issues begun. However I was running +2 Dragon mills for several days before any issue at all occured. Then one day out of the blue my lamps just stopped working and they were powered with Wireless RF transmitters from ExtraUtils, So first I checked energy and that was no issue at all, then I happened to look at a ExtraUtils machine and saw the insane GP usage. I dont
