Grid Increasingly Overloaded With No Change? #1314

So I was playing in my 1.10.2 modded world today, doing nothing related to Extra Utils 2 except flying with the Ring. All of a sudden, I fall out of the sky and all my machines turn off because the grid overloaded. I mouse over my Ring to check on the grid. My max has been about 700 for weeks (because all I have generating GP is a Dragon Mill and about 10 Water Mills), but my ring and all other Extra Utils 2 appliances say my grid max is 11000 (and rising) and my current use is 14000 (and rising). I'm in the mid-game; nowhere near to being able to generate anything close to 11000, so this isn't my doing (as far as I know). Is there some way I can reset my GP? Or is there a setting or update I'm unaware of?

Same here. I am currently using 184915 of 424. I have the following entities active, according to my power manager:

Power Generators:
  Lava Mill x 212: 424 GP
Power User:
  Resonator x 1: 20 GP
  tile.ExtraUtils2:pipe.pipe.container.name x 6: 95 GP

I am playing Sky Factory 3, the 3.0.7 beta.

This might be connected to using Extreme Reactors or FluxNetworks mod, as this is what I was messing around with at the time of failure.

Are there any logs or information that I can provide you with so you can debug this?
