Golden Lasso Achievement #1495

I have followed all the achievements and the Golden Lasso one is not registering. How can I accomplish this? EU 1.10.2-1.4.1 (Powered Coal doesn't work either)

Confirmed also in EU 1.11.2-1.4.4

1004 issues, but it's a complicated plugin :)
