[1.10.2-1.5.1] Missing/screwed up localization #1641

The name for Extra Utilities 2's creative tab is missing. The name for the "Armor Piercing Attack Damage" and "God Slaying Attack Damage" (what does that even do?) attributes are missing. The Block of Evil Infused Iron is named "Block_evil", and attempting to override the name with custom resources shows the new name with ".name" appended onto it. For example, naming it "Block of Evil Infused Iron" results in "Block of Evil Infused Iron.name".

I can't speak to the issues, but "God Slaying Attack Damage" means it can damage/kill players in Godmode and creative.

Oh yeah, localization for the "search items" key is also missing.

Localization for the "Soul Damage" attribute is also missing.
