Can't craft magnum torch, only from health potion gived from nei #445

We brewed the right potionse, but for some reason we got instant health 2 potion with a different damage value than the one in the nei, and it was enough make it useless in the crafting. The data was 16373, not 8197. But it was still a health potion 2.

I can confirm the problem. NEI shows the correct DMG-value (the QED recipe is not the issue) and i have found working potions in a chest. My guess: a recent update of another mod is causing this

Same problem here, same DMG values as Caracasa
