Extra Utilities crashing server against Tcon #709

I have narrowed the issue down to a problem with Extra Utilities and the latest build of Tinkers Construct / Mantle. If I do not put Extra Utilities on the server, the server starts up with no problems. If I put Extra Utilities on the server, the above crash happens.

I too am getting roughly the exact same error, i'll be including my crash-log just to potentially help determine the problem
