Issue: Cross mod Duplication Bug

Mods: Extra Utilities Applied Energistics

How to:

Place Applied Energistics ME INTERFACE
- Needs to be powered and connected to ME Storage
- Easy setup is a ME CHEST next to a ME CONTROLLER next to the ME INTERFACE
Place ENDER COLLECTOR onto the Interface
Drop any one item into the Collectors Range
Check the amount of items in the storage
Profit

Thoughts: Servers can temp stop this by prohibiting the placement of the COLLECTOR next to the ME INTERFACE.

This works with chest with import/export bus too.

Please provide version numbers for this dupe bug. I am unable to replicate it using

ae2stuff-0.5.0.56-mc1.7.10 and on the server KCauldron 1.7.10.1492-152

1) Not using ae2stuff. This is pure AE and Extra Utilities. 2) Tested against:
